  • That's an emotional but productive day, well done both of you.
Did Floof have insurance you need to stop? Or any repeat deliveries of food or meds etc?

That's a great way to spend the bonus and squirrelled funds, a lovely bathroom is a thing of joy indeed.

I'm sorry to hear its even more worrying with Mr KK's parents. Have all the bills etc been transferred into her name? Do they own their home outright? Apologies if you said before and I've not kept track. Also, if you don't already have, it would be very worthwhile to set up LPAs so you and Mr KK can help at all stages of this journey with things like calling banks and utilities when his parents feel too overwhelmed to deal with essential practicalities. They take a wee while to get in place though so if you were wanting to I'd make it a priority admin job

Glad you have something fun and thoroughly daft to look forward to and enjoy. Looking forward to hearing all about your yeehah evening 🤠👢

Well done on the life admin.

The upcoming barn dance sounds the perfect distraction.

well done on the life admin.  So much going on but I do hope you slept well on the clean sheets.
Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

possibly stating the obvious here....does FiL get attendance allowance?  that might give them a bit extra to get some help occasionally.
