As usual, decline their first suggestion but offer something midway between your figure and theirs, and see what happens. Once you know a company is likely to agree a F&F there’s little point in making payments that mean they realise there’s no point in them offering again! 😉Life gets in the way...PADding is addictive...Saving's better than spending...My savings diary - Now for a healthier, wealthier me2025 1p challenge #41 | Cash envelope challenge #01 | SPC #017Sealed pot 2025 £6573 | EF £1000/£1000 | Sabbatical £3364/£6000 | Travel savings £1508 | Sinking pots £25712

Afternoon all,
Sainsburys asked me to work this morning they asked me at 5pm yesterday, I said no. I enjoyed my sleep in!
Not done much today, in the process of dying the one side of my hair again as I didn't like the colour.
We're off to pick up dinner at half 7 and that's all I got planned today besides cleaning upI’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe boards and spending & discounts boards. Afternoon all,I have over spent this month so I have very little to live on, but I have had all the work done on my car and I had to spend an unbudgeted £95 on a sensor that I fitted myself. I also managed to turn off the check engine line when replacing this. But I havent used Credit cards.Vanquis emailed me to tell me they are closing my account which is good news. I'll also be paying likely loans on Friday and closing the account with them.I'm also off to a 90s music festival on Saturday which should be fun!
Payday is Friday and then Sainsburys pay is next Friday!I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe boards and spending & discounts boards. It feels like April has been a long month to me… I have also spent more than I usually would and I think that contributed to my wobble mid-month.Enjoy the 90’s festival, sounds like my cup of tea that. I can't believe we are still in April, it has been going on forever and still nearly a week to go.
Enjoy the festival and well done on not using the credit cards.Fashion on a ration 2025 0/66 coupons spent

Thank you! Morning all,
So after replacing my sensor for the car the light on my dash occasionally comes on which is annoying. But I can turn it back off via a program (won't go into it as some people won't be interested haha)
But, I reset the light again last night and updated my software and now it's not come back on. Hopefully it will stay that way! But I'm hoping to book my car in for MOT Saturday morning as it runs out Sunday! So I'm hoping the light stays away or I can turn it back off before the MOT as its an instant failI’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe boards and spending & discounts boards.
