It's not sainsburys who are being able to flex, it's the new guys I warned them I work the Wednesday and Friday and they just said they'd change my time to come inLittleMissDetermined said:Brilliant news on the job, HUGE congratulations!! Good of sainsburys to flex to accommodate the shifts too

Are you owed any holiday.? If so what is the plan? Do you need to use it? Or will they add the equivalent money to your last paycheck?Fashion on a ration 2025 0/66 coupons spent

I have a week off next month and our holidays run January to December, we get 25 days I think and then deduct the bank holidays and I believe I have 16 left for the year but not sure if they have to pay me that or not?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe boards and spending & discounts boards. I expect you will only be entitled to the holiday for the time you work for the company, so 3 or 4 months worth.

So, I've been thinking about this new job.. I'm not 100% sure on it yet.
To cut a long story short
Current wages per month now is around £1800/1900
When I start with them it would only ever be £918 without over time and then sainsburys would make it £1500.
So not really sure if it's that much of a great idea just yet. My OH isn't sold on the idea either. I'm so torn on the idea.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe boards and spending & discounts boards. If you need any help on these boards, do let me know. I think for me, there would have to be a really strong case for me to take a job that made me financially worse off… such as mental health or work life balance or a lot less responsibility.Got to be your decision at the end of the day though.Good luck!
