  • Thanks for all your advice on this. 

    I submitted my appeal directly and surprisingly had a response first thing  with a reduction to £15 admin fee which I opted to pay to avoid further hassle. 

    Much better than the full amount but still annoying. 

    Didn't feel worth pursuing further as a judge would need to consider that  I was offered a reduced compromise.

    Well done , I think that was a fair outcome , hard to believe that the parking company offered it , more should do so , a very wise decision for both parties
