If I submit an 'honest' appeal and explain how I offered to purchase another ticketLandowner complaint is where you try the mitigation.
An honest appeal like that can't win at IAS but can win in court.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

From what I can see the landowner and operator are the same, its not something where the land is owned by a supermarket etc.
I think the guy owns the carpark and runs nFORCE from the same address. The attendant may well have been the owner.
I've submitted the appeal direct identifying myself as owner and explaining the mitigation circumstances. I don't expect it will make any difference.

I can't think of a one man band IPC firm that owns any land. Does NForce operate from that address then, you know that as a fact?

Well I guess I'm basing that on nForce address being in the same town as the car park.
nForce, PO Box 8364, Bakewell, Derbyshire
From the other post on here they seem underhand (fine for breaching height barrier).
I think he passes everything to TRACE who offer a no win / no fee debt recovery, so no real reason to cancel0 -
The car park postcode is DE45 1BU.
The address that you have given us is a PO Box address and has a postcode of DE45 9BJ. As is usually the case with PO Boxes, that is the address of the local Royal Mail Delivery Office.2 -

Well nForce has an address based in Bakewell, the owner also appears to own holiday property in the area.
I have perhaps assumed that its a Bakewell based company that own the land and operate the carpark.
How would I find out who owns the land? Apply to the land registry ?0 -

How would I find out who owns the land? Apply to the land registry ?thats one way of many ways , listed by member Umkomaas on here every weekplease read other threads, you will learn from almost every one , like we do (like I do )a P O Box in Bakewell proves nothing , CEL use one in Liverpool , but are nowhere near Liverpool in actual fact1 -
Well nForce has an address based in Bakewell, the owner also appears to own holiday property in the area.So do One Parking Solution operate in Sussex and the owner has a cafe and wedding venue/hotel in the area. They don't own any of the car parks they ruin.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Ok, my assumption was mistaken. The owners of the land through land registry are not the people that operate the car park.
The Lang registry gives the details as individuals living in Chesterfield and Youlgrave (town outside Bakewell)
If my appeal is declined which I expect it will be then I shall appeal to the owners in writing.1
