    Am sticking to the plan to only buy what is absolutely needed and use storecupboards.
    With family, friends and pets (or any combination of them) life will be fine!

    I've just remembered I boxed 4 xmas dinners and froze them, just had one with a yorkshire pudding (yellow stickered 4 for 20p) :smiley:

    Out: vegetable stew pack (dinners this week), carrot batons (soup for lunch this week)

    Out:  pack of corned beef slices; pack of sliced chicken breast (both from TGTG bags last week) - will have with fried up LO roasted veg & potatoes from yesterday's dinner for lunch;  will be having LO butter chicken with LO basmati/wild rice from Saturday night's dinner so very little cooking today!

    In: tins butterbeans, coconut milk, brown rice. For freezer: thai chicken stirfry, rump steak (portioned), shortcrust pastry, puff pastry, chopped celery  :D Later today, portioned cooked ham. 
    Out: chopped carrots for soup base and some cubed pumpkin to add to beef in slow cooker yesterday. 
    Today will be leftover soup for work tonight and leftover roast and veg for lunch. 
    It's good for the soul to walk with your soles on the soil.
