Part of me was secretly hoping it wouldn't work and I could stay home... Thankfully work paid for both tests.

Still positive and feeling not too well strangely, goodness knows how bad I would have felt if not triple jabbed 😱. The honeymooners arrived after their nightmare journey, they almost missed the connecting flight too yesterday, it’s been stressful all the way. I hope they enjoy it as ds2 has taken the Micky out of us going cruising for years but it was cheap and hot for this time of year, plus it gives me the chance to send them silly Jane mc Donald gifs 😆 plus when they arrived there was a light show which played one of their wedding songs (fly me to the moon). 

 Not caught up with any diaries lately as I’v not been that with it really and can’t concentrate! Today I hopefully will and also tackle the very scary energy bills issue, we need to set a new realistic payment and our op/ travel pot will have to be reduced or swapped to factor that in as it’s be to be a lot more 😩 Has anyone worked theirs out yet?

Curiously my DD has gone down (not much) & I can't figure out their logic.  But then I am not with british gas & they have never been that good on logic.

Sorry to hear you’re still not feeling good NG. Unfortunately despite all restrictions being removed and it being considered a ‘cold’, it doesn’t seem to affect everyone like that - Mr MV is still struggling 6 weeks on (and it doesn’t count as long Covid until 12 weeks!). I hope that’s not the case for you!

Without knowing exactly how much my utilities will be, I'm finding it difficult to shuffle. I've cut back on food and made sure to turn everything off at the wall.
