Brilliant news! Fingers crossed for flat still though. Our son is starting nursery next month and it is the loveliest place in the grounds of a farm with lots of animals they look after (he LOVES animals). It eases my guilt about leaving him slightly. I've raised him veggie and haven't even asked about veggie meals but I'm assuming it will be okay as it's pretty mainstream...hopefully..Finally bought a homeStarting mortgage £289,500 31.01.19 - Current outstanding £192,586.98/CENTER]Overpayments since 27.03.19: £52,407.471

WE GOT THE FLAT!
There was someone who bid the same amount as we did, and someone else who bid £1k less and is chain free, but the lady selling the flat liked that we live on the same street already 😭
I even put on my big girl pants and tried to call the other estate agent, but couldn't get through. So I sent her a really long rambly email, super apologetic but also excited 😂8 -
