I just watched a fox walk on the roof of the houses opposite - 4 storeys high! Posted a photo in the local facebook group, apparently he's a regular. If we get the flat we'll have a fox stomping around on our roof :joy: I'm taking it as a strange sign from the universe, haha!

That’s bonkers! We have foxes running across the top of sheds etc (avoiding the dogs) but never on top of the houses. We do have a big fat pigeon that wakes us up landing on the dormer roof 😂

Haha, chonky pigeons are my favourite! There are lots of wood pigeons in the park nearby (we go for a walk every morning), they are just the best. It's mostly seagulls in our street, fighting over rubbish.

I'm back in panic mode today. I think the added complexity of offering on both, and all the potential outcomes, has somehow really messed with my head. Deeeeep breaths!

Just called and put through the offer on the flat, couldn't get through to the EA selling the house but have left a voicemail. I'm somehow feeling a little calmer again, so that is good. It's in the hands of the universe again <3
