It's not working for me either, do you know if it normally corrects itself, or do we need to put  a ticket in?

I have just put a ticket in;  infuriatingly (but not surprisingly) although I followed the route for a Swago ticket, the auto-acknowledgement I received was not appropriate to a Swago problem, and demanded all kinds of irrelevant information.  I have replied telling them that it is irrelevant, and we will see what (if anything) happens!

It wasn't that it wasn't active but that it wasn't showing that I had already joined.  Hence having to "join" again.

The page with the board doesn't say Shop Swago, just Swago.  So the blog people knew but the board development people missed out "Shop".
