Oh dear - the Everyday Receipts upload have gone from Answer on my desktop browser.Has it moved or been consigned to the bin?I don't use the App (yet) - is it still in there?Do Money Saving sites make you buy more bargains - and spend more money?0

It is still in the Answer app, but I agree it has disappeared from the Surveys page on the desktop. How annoying! I often get receipts which are too faintly printed for the app to accept (although the Amazon app accepts them no problem) and I tend to scan those and enhance the contrast before submitting them through the desktop browser. I doubt whether it will be worth doing so, and then printing them out and photographing the printout through the app, all for 2SB! But I wonder whether this is a predecessor to the withdrawal of being able to submit an everyday receipt which ticks off the Magic Receipt on the ToDo list on Mondays?

I don't do them but got this message on the magic receipts page on desktop
"We're currently experiencing some hiccups with processing receipts at this time. Our team is working as quickly as possible to get things humming again. Check back for updates."

Another survey rejected. I don't do many so it's annoying when you get to the end and it's magically a tech error.....0

And Customer Services have changed their entire approach. They used to be really efficient and courteous with surveys which failed to credit, and almost always did a manual credit that same day; but the last ticket I put in, I got told it would be put on Pending until they had investigated it, and six days later (today) it was credited overnight. But did they tell me so? No, they asked for feedback! So I gave them feedback - deploring the disappearance of their courtesy and efficiency.

I've put in a ticket....will wait and see. Generally I prefer other sites but just do them now and again if I'm at a loose end.0

The Talent clickthrough for 10 SB has been back for a few days but am having more success with it this time. Very rarely credited before, and have tried clicking through from the on-site inbox again this time but it only worked once in a few tries, but it seems to work much better for me by clicking from down the homepage under "Featured Ways to Earn".6

Anyone else keep getting phantom messages in their SB inbox? The other day I was up to 4 messages (the red circled number over the bell icon top right on the website) when i clicked through to the inbox there were no messages. Now I'm back down to one, but just thought it was funny I keep getting invisible or missing messages!2
