I am getting so frustrated with Swagbucks. The 70SB surveys from my home page never credit and do not track, so if I try to claim my missing bucks, submitting screenshots etc. I get nowhere because the survey has not tracked. I only get the generic reply which I reply to. Then, if I send another response, I get the generic reply again. It is obvious that it is just a computer generated response and there appears no way I can contact a human to try to solve the problem. Has anyone else had this problem and found a way to contact a human being at Swagbucks?0

I have by and large stopped doing those surveys, because of the hassle of submitting tickets every time; but I did get a response and a manual credit each time, usually the same day. But things may have changed.

I managed to get my 400 points for the team challenge, I can’t understand how some of the people can get thousands of points
i a.so did the Harry Potter game for 800 points. I can’t say it has been the most fun I have had but it wasn’t hard at all to do it within the timeframe. It’s showing as pending now and I’m trying Harvest Land which is pretty dull too. Has anyone tried any of the higher paying games?Debt Free - done
Mortgage Free - done

You don't need to bother with the main part of building your land etc. (I did while watching tv because it was quite therapeutic though!) you do get some extra gems from there but not often enough to bother. Just play the games in the world map (top left corner of the screen). The offer says reach level Foothills 3 (L86 I think) to be credited but it doesn't show as pending credit until level 100 which is a bit later. Lots of people have said this online so I was prepared for it. If you google the levels there are numbered lists on the internet which I found helpful in determining where I was in the game as the app doesn't tell you about upcoming levels!
You have 14 days to finish it, I did it in about 9 but I kept on it and always spent chalices as soon as they were full or as soon as I woke up - you can only ever have 7. When it comes to gems, only spend them on being able to play a game before you have enough chalices - e.g. if you have 5/6 and need 7 for the next level, but want to go to bed. Your chalices will then fill up again overnight. Levels need varying numbers of chalices to play. Don't leave a level intending to go back into it as you have to spend the chalices again to re-enter. There was also one of the challenge levels that I failed on first attempt - challenge levels are timed. If you only want to get past it, you can watch others complete them on Youtube!

Thanks to all those that post.2 -
I’ve done a few games.Solitaire grand harvest 2000SB - fairly easy but didn’t credit so had to submit a ticket for payment.
Magic jigsaw 700SB - easy but not really worth the time. Probably easier to just watch the bonus ads for coins rather than attempting the jigsaws.
Merge Dragons 4000SB - only one I really enjoyed but it credits a few levels after it says it will so you have to keep going till the next challenge.
Harry Potter 800SB - dull but the easiest to do. Required very little input and easily completed in the time.
Mafia City 10000SB - I actually invested money in this one, about £20 but more than worth it. Don’t think it’s possible to complete without buying speed ups, as the later upgrades take over 3 days each but you might be able to do it a bit cheaper.2
