I’ve just had the same issue with a £10 Amazon voucher.  Have raised a ticket but not receiving any response, this is obviously a big issue with them.   Was hard enough to get enough points to earn this voucher, pretty galling that there won’t be any reward for the time lost.  Do any long term users know if this happens often as if it does I think I’m done.  Thanks

I've been with Swagbucks since 2014 and it's the first time this has happened to me.

I remember it happening two or three years ago - the solution then was always to wait until the next day, when the code would work.

Remember that your Swago must be submitted before 8am tomorrow - so if you've got as far as you are going to, you might as well do it now before you forget.

The USA board - worth 800SB - just have to hope mygiftcardsplus stays as a USA thing unlike magic receipts

Perhaps they can't cope with a Swago and Team Challenge running at the same time!
Or it will start with Sunday brunch on 17 April rather than end after that.
However the buttons are live - I've added an item to the receipts thingy and wait to see if that is reflected in the score when it eventually arrives.

I suspect it will start at 4pm BST - they usually start then (8am Swagbucks time) so I think that once again they have made a mess of the time conversion!

Your suspicion was, of course, correct.

Though I thought adding an item to the receipts list was live for the TC - it didn't register.  I've now added a second item and the 10 points are now shown.

I waited 24 hours and the code I received still does not work, I got the "already used" notification too.  I have lodged a ticket.
