Swagbucks 2022

I requested a £25 Amazon code yesterday and applied it to my account within less than 30 minutes of that.  No problem.  So not universal.  Are the problem codes for different values?

I put in a ticket at the time;  then mjm346 discovered a solution, so I followed up my ticket with a reply saying what they would have to do to sort out the problem with that square.  No reply... until last night, when I got an e-mail apologising for not having replied before the Swago ended, and saying they had credited me with the full amount for it.  But what they did was to credit me with the American Swago value of 800SB!  Definitely roundabouts rather than swings this time!

Had the same problem yesterday trying to redeem a £10 voucher. Currently awaiting a response from customer services...

Hi, ive had the same issue with my £10 amazon voucher on Friday, i raise a ticket and they have said
 “ so sorry for the issues you are having with the code on your Amazon gift card.  Our tech team is currently working to get this fixed as soon as possible.  Thank you so much for your patience while this is being worked on.”
ive also tried code again and still not working 😩

Very nice, Molly. Good to see the regular inaccuracies of Swagbucks staff has worked in your favour here. A nice part payment towards some of the occasions when it didn't!

Anyone else been switched to a different team on the challenge?  Was on French toast now eggs Benedict!

I was on Eggs Benedict when I signed up for it, but once it started I was on French Toast;  the same thing went for many members of that team.  I have advised team members to take a screenshot on the last day, in case the swagups awarded are too low.

I've remained with French Toast, which has moved down the hierarchy of scores but not so poor as Eggs Benedict.

Yesterday I was on Eggs Benedict, just checked and now on French Toast, which is ahead of Eggs B, so at moment working in my favour.  Did a screen shot just in case

Wish I'd taken a screenshot yesterday.  I've been transferred to EB (from FT) today.
What are they doing?

What have I done?  I raised a ticket about unpaid SBs yesterday (about a survey but the email mentioned my having spent on an offer!).  I was somehow signed out of SB yesterday and had to enter my password again which I don't normally do.  Would either of those two actions have re-set anything?

Started on French Toast, then got switched to Eggs Benedict, and yesterday back to French toast again.

Other people were/are complaining about being switched on the team page chat too - one or two think nobody was actually moved just swapped the team names as the chat stayed the same.
