Great news on the compensation!

Regarding the compensation , I have to remember that it's only knocked off of my bill and 5hat I have 2 free months of no payment . 

I fixed the hdmi issue with my tv setup yesterday . For some reason , I thought the tv which is 12 years old had only one of those sockets . It has 2! One on the back ,and one on the side . 

There was a problem with my humax freeesat box , where there was no on demand facility.
After looking at a couple of websites I fixed the problem . The bbc doesn't work as mentioned yesterday .
I was going to place router on top of my display unit , but after the hassles I decided it's best left on the floor more or less out of sight , but by the telephone sockets etc . 

This morning I went on a mission and tidied up flat . Apart from the bedroom where there is too much junk in the wardrobe ,I'm quite happy with my efforts . 

I then went for walk , which was hard work 🥵. Bones playing up at the minute . 

All the basics I used to do are that much harder, but it's best not to ponder. Keep calm and carry on etc . 

I got told off by mr trainer ( which is rare 😼) on Tuesday .🏋️‍♂️. I haven't been consistent over last couple of weeks due to one thing or another, and I'm focusing again on not missing any more . 

I'll be meeting local friend for coffee shortly . ☕️. I think it will be coffee which suits me .
Tomorrow a couple of showers forecast 💧, and intermittent over next days. 

Anyway, I'll leave it there ..🌞

How was your coffee with your friend?  I'm meeting some friends tomorrow and checked the forecast.  No rain expected here fortunately but lots of wind.

It's a shame Mr Trainer too you off, especially as he hasn't sounded quite so consistent himself recently.  Anyway, it's also good that he does do his best to keep you on track.

Coffee ( no cider today..or Guinness ) was great as usual . ☕️ We decided to stay in the shop today , and everything fell into place . 

I'd be lost without mr trainer it has to be said 🏋️‍♂️ . It's just a blip really as he keeps telling me at various times ( including Tuesday ) that he doesn't know anybody as determined as me who walks through  brick walls etc .🧱. Sounds painful 😸
That's the sign of a professional though , who keeps the motivation going and keeps me on the straight and narrow and focused . It wasn't so much a telling off , but just him keeping me on the right track . 

Enjoy your coffee tomorrow ☕️. That's the thing about being on the coast . The forecast is not always spot on . 💨

An annoying start to the day . Hopefully, I'm overthinking on this ; 
As I was on my way out the door, I saw a large chunky letter for the undesirable woman upstairs . It was a special delivery item hard backed envelope . This was on the floor ( I have a printed notice asking for post not to be left on the floor ) 

It has been opened ! I obviously didn't go near it , but just looked behind to see if there were letters for me behind it . Postman normally puts post on floor .
When I came back from my walk , I saw letter still there , and postman delivered my package just now . Now I'm wondering is this a trap?? Are they looking for a reason to hate me ?? Or is it the case that the woman or her other half , took something out of the envelope on their way to work and left it there for later ??
The woman normally gets lots of parcels . Annoyingly there was no mail for her today .
🤞I'm majorly overthinking this and nothing is said to me , and that she picks up,her package and moves on .

I mentioned I went for walk 🐾. While I was out, the careeers adviser( not job coach ) phoned 📱. I didn't answer it . He either wants to check up on me ( probabky ) or advise me that a computer course is available on Monday .
Monday is not good as I have boiler service .
Normally , I'd jump straight back and phone when it comes to being proactive but this is not the job coach . I will wait for him to call back . He hasn't sent email so I'll wait rather than be flustered . 

I'll do another session soon 🏋️‍♂️

I just looked out into the communal area., and the tenant upstairs has taken the envelope. Big sigh of relief there . 

Despite having a rough night and morning , I managed to do another session 🏋️‍♀️. 

Back to normal

It sounds like the tenant upstairs opened the letter downstairs and just left it there and picked it up later - but how bizarre is that?  I would just try and ignore if if you can.

I think that's exactly what happened . Yes, I've moved on from that now .
She was probably rushing / had lots on her mind etc. we've all been there I think .
I did  half expect a knock on the door, and that never happened so case closed 😼
