    Thanks @jwil @doingitanyway😼
While watching th chase I soon found that the chase was over for me, when one of my brothers randomly phoned up in the middle of it ..for2 + hrs ! 🥵🤯

After that and feeling very hungry ( but too worn out to cook)🧑‍🍳, I had some dried special K!🥣
Too sweet tbh . Was it really that sweet years ago?
This led to a restless night in bed . 🛌
I then had a massive migraine for most of the day , and even went back to bed 🛌 for an hr! 💊💊
Felt much better in the evening . Headache 🤕probabky due to humidity being 100%💨
There was drizzle and lots of cloud most of the day .or was it also the special k as well?🤔

Spoke to family member this evening .

I have 2nd thoughts about bedroom reshuffle .🖥🛌🎹🎵
There is still a lot to tidy , plus brother suggested not getting new bed until at least Christmas time 🎄incase it doesn't work out . Family member advised to put things back the way they were . I'll have a look around tomorrow probably depending on energy level .

No solo workout today 🏋️‍♂️. There is always tomorrow . Back pain gone . No walk today for obvious reasons 🐾. Hopefully back doing that tomorrow 🤞

    I'll leave it there ..💨

Sorry to hear about the migraine.  But if the weather has been very close then that might have been the cause - its very hot here in the nights, we have got the bedroom window open.

    Glad back pain has gone.

My migraines are often triggered by stress and late eating (it affects blood sugar) being very hungry is a warning sign. In that situation I eat something high protein. Might not work for you, and doesn't always work for me, but maybe give it a try next time. Probably weather didn't help. Sometimes it isn't just one thing. hope you feel better today and have a good night's sleep tonight.

Hope you are back walking tomorrow  :)

I'm the same with migraines. Stress, then missing a meal or eating too late, coupled with not drinking enough fluids. Cereals tend to be sweet, often without the fibre to sustain stable blood sugar, so a bowl of dry flakes without even the protein from some milk could well have caused a blood sugar spike then a crash = migraine. I only get them rarely because I now recognise the wobbly feeling from low blood sugar & make sure I have some cheese & crackers, a banana or something.
    Hope you feel better today.

    Thanks mrs p / @doingitanyway/ @foxgloves🦊
Feeling much better today . I think I've found the answer to the migraines ..
apart from the special k 🥣, I think it has been my increasing consumption of Tropicana smooth orange juice 🍊🤦‍♂️. Should have realised sooner ! None taken today .
Sometimes I get a craving of something sweet , but will take the remaining 3 tiny bottles randomly over the next week and at the right time , and will avoid from then on .
Humid weather of course doesn't agree with me .

I received the phone call from nice dr 🩺and fit note provided for another 6 months .
Rather than just ask for it, I asked for her opinion and gave update etc. I feel that she appreciated that , and was very accommodating and understanding .
I immediately declared it in my UC Journal . From Sunday until Tuesday, I received 3 notifications / reminders that if I don't provide a new one I would be placed in a position to look for work which obviously I'm not ready to do . We'll see how the land lies .

Yesterday afternoon I decided to move the bedroom and music room back to the way they were .🎹🛌. It was hard work to say the least . I could have left it, but with heatwave impending plus maybe having to travel to londonistan next week to see family member in hsp I just said ' to hell with it '!  I then damaged the vinyl flooring in the kitchen 😾plus I left sideboard behind bed 🛌. 🤦‍♂️. I rushed things in a way , and getting sideboard into music room 🎹🖥will be a pita when I'm ready . After all that, I slept in the larger bedroom again 🛌. However, the bed is in a slightly different position because of wardrobe being moved . I have given myself a task of an hr a day to clear clutter from bedroom also .
In a way, the experiment was worth it , as I now can paint the wall where wardrobe was as it needed to be moved due to mold . Victorian converted flats are lovely but problematic also , so placement of furniture is not so straightforward imho due to alcoves etc.
Regarding the damaged vinyl flooring ; I was given a fair bit from chap who fitted it .
I tipped him well , as always and he fitted the whole flat in a couple of hrs . He appreciated it . If the vinyl doesn't fit , then it's not the end of the world . It can  be covered by doorstop which I use anyway, and won't cost a kings ransom to replace .👑

    I'll leave it there ...🔆

Glad to read you will be avoiding the orange juice in future.

I'm losing track with the room changes...

Great news on the fit note. You can relax for a bit on that score.

    Thanks @jwil @doingitanyway😼
The fit note takes the pressure off a little . I have to meet job coach in the jobcentre in a couple of weeks for a 10 min appointment . Hooefully it will be changed to a phone appt 📞but not too big a deal . The things hanging over me in the meantime , are the upcoming ( re) assessments regarding PIP  and LCW . I'll not linger on that and will face up to them as and when..

Yesterday I painted mouldy wall ,and put sideboard back into home office / musicroom 🖥🎹. I'm giving myself a week to declutter ,and  everything will be done .

I will be hoovering and cleaning kitchen and bathroom shortly . 🚰🛀

Will be meeting local friend for a few ciders on the quay 🍺

    I'll leave it there ...🌞

    Thanks @jwil 😼
A great day , however I had an odd spell in the afternoon . For about 10-15 mins I felt uncomfortable all of a sudden . Was it the build up in the humidity..or a dodgy cider🍺?
I felt great all of a sudden after that mad period . Confused . I got home via the perfect bus for me which is very near indeed . Then I got sick 🤢🤮.
We were out for longer than expected . It rained🌧💧 constantly and my sleep was obviously broken 🛌. No hangover though 💊

What a difference a day makes; plenty of rain yesterday 💧followed by light show of thunder and lightning in bed 🛌⚡️⛈

Today the 2 " gardeners " 🪴came to ...walk around with leaf blowers and clear off 10/15 mins later . Not impressed as the overgrown weeds that were Buddleia need to be cut!
I had to complain to managing agents via email. I don't like complaining but a month ago approx, the growth was cut . It looks like I'll have to cut it back more often myself .
It doesn't take long to grow , and these amateurs are inconsistent in their attendance and work.

I received a text from careers advisor asking me to respond" if in work, learning or would like more support , thank you and take care." Well I assume it's none of the above , so won't respond . It probabky means I get a phone call though.

I did a stretching session before bedtime last night , and just did a back workout 🏋️‍♂️
Had walk this morning 🐾. It was close . There was a brief shower this afternoon 🌧

    I'll leave it there  🌥
