What are you waiting for - I thought you already agreed on a payment plan?
When we agreed a payment plan and confirmed it all after that they haven’t responded
Sorry if I sound rude, but what are you waiting for? why do you need your landlord to reply? just pay some of your arrears off? your rent is important. If you don't make any payments, then you will lose your property, it's that simple. It's not rocket science. Just phone up and make a payment.

Unless there is something you've not told us, there is no 'response' required from them. You've discussed a Payment Plan. The LL has agreed it. It is now up to you to keep to the Payment Plan.
If you make the next payment as you have agreed, there will still probably be no response, as that is simply what you've both agreed, so does not need commenting on.
If you do not make the next payment as you have agreed, there will be a 'response' along the lines of "As you have not made the agreed payment of £X on yy date and are in arrears, please find attached a S21 Notice together with a S8 Notice."
