If you've got loads that you won't use up, it's probably worth doing it before the last minute rush!

A nice PAD today because of surveys and sales :)

I've just been catching up with some admin.  Now going to chill for a bit.  I had a lovely night's sleep last night - really makes a change!

I got nabbed by one of the teachers at school to talk about little miss and her potential ASD.  She thinks from her observations that she's definitely on the spectrum - more like asbergers.  She didn't think she has ADHD which I had been wondering.  This was informal observations from her studies - which I had given permission for.  It's been very useful for me to understand what the issues at school are.  She will be having the formal assessment as well.  The biggest thing she said was that she is very happy, and none of it seems to bother her, so that's the most important thing for me.  But if she does need support then better to get it in place now before life gets more complicated in future years!

It was very useful for me.  I'm clearer now as to why they were thinking ASD, and so I know a bit more about what to look for myself.

Glad you feel like you understand better. Definitely likely to need help with transitions. Good to get in place early

In glad the teacher is working with you and explaining everything they are doing with you. Definitely better to identify any help needed so it can be put in place as opposed to having to fire fight if little miss struggles for any reason when she gets older.
Hope the course gets more motivating for you , fingers 🤞

Thank you everyone, it was really good of her to spend that time with me.

I've just spent £115 on some trainers 😱  They seemed to be universally recommended by the sites for heavy people.  The reviews are good too.  They should arrive tomorrow.  I'm going to be careful about making sure they fit properly and feel comfortable and make the effort to send them back if not!  I'm so fed up with my foot hurting all the time!
