I had this issue the other week. I had to contact them via email and they then reset something which let me back in! 🙂

I emailed them and asked for a password reset link (as the site wasn't sending one), but all I got was a fairly brusque response, saying it was something wrong at my end! They did make reference to the app, though, which is what gave me the idea to try it. Glad you had more success 😅!

Total amount repaid: £72,307.03. £1.10 repaid for every £1.00 borrowed
Finally earning interest instead of paying it!!!1 -
OK, so I seem to be doing alright with spending vs budget so far this month, so have moved some across into savings and I am debt-neutral again 😀😀😀
