    I had this issue the other week. I had to contact them via email and they then reset something which let me back in! 🙂

    I've been mortgage free once, so let's do it again!

    I emailed them and asked for a password reset link (as the site wasn't sending one), but all I got was a fairly brusque response, saying it was something wrong at my end! They did make reference to the app, though, which is what gave me the idea to try it. Glad you had more success 😅!

    I'm a complete lurker on these boards but have to thank you for posting this as it so happened to be on in a town I was visiting this week and so I went along and it was fab. (Although the person that fell asleep behind me didn't necessarily think so!)
