Can't help but notice that you didn't answer how do you spread your butter on toast? (Asking the hard hitting questions today)

That’s what I thought too, but Mr MV has booked to run the Athens (ie the original) marathon next year, so he has a NY fitness resolution (albeit more to do with turning 40).

Well that is perfectly sensible, Vix! Personally, I struggle to think beyond the end of the week at the moment - next year is another country!

I’m with you! Also, it does feel a bit like it’s ‘rushing the year on’ as my Nan would’ve said! Let’s enjoy October!

100%! Wrapping up warm, the leaves turning, nights drawing in, and getting snuggly indoors - I love a bit of autumn 😀!

  • Enjoy your autumn indeed - had the heated throw on when I returned last night from a delayed flight at 3am - felt lovely when the wind started roaring outside
    DON'T BUY STUFF (from Frugalwoods)
No seriously, just don’t buy things. 99% of our success with our savings rate is attributed to the fact that we don’t buy things... You can and should take advantage of discounts.... But at the end of the day, the only way to truly save money is to not buy stuff.    Money doesn’t walk out of your wallet on its own accord.
