@EnergyShifter - that's fantastic news you must be so happy
I defrosted the freezer this morning and threw away a few bits of old food - not much - but also put back one of the drawers that was in the garage for months/years - i couldnt put it back before as there was too much ice in the freezerNow clean, tidy and organised and i have decluttered the freezer drawer from the garage too
Also shredded a bit more paperwork and put some junk mail in the recycling

Excellent news @EnergyShifter. So pleased for you and your son.Fear not Mrs SD because it’s all ‘feeling in the wrong place’ care is necessary on the stairs. I currently feel like I should be making a stately descent down a grand staircase in heels! I’m only reminded that I’m not by the lack of carpeting!
The young carpenter I was nurturing last year is coming round on Tuesday evening to look over the (ever increasing) list of jobs we have lined up for him.✒️ Declutter 2025👗 Fashion on the Ration 2025 61/66 coupons (5 coupons silver boots)✒️Declutter 2024 🏅🏅🏅(DSis 🏅🏅)

Hello. Decluttered a big shift. And Oooft it was a busy one. One down one more to go.Went straight to mums and power hosed another 2 rows of slabs. The method behind the madness was I was all hot and sweaty anyway so may as well get wet and filthy too! I’m clean now !Gave something to the right person today. I’d found something from the loft that I’ve no idea why we had it and it may have been the person who lived in house before. It was of significant interest to the person I gave it too so I’m glad it’s gone to the right place.9

So pleased for you and DS, EnergyShifter. That must be a load of worry decluttered.
Look after yourself, Granny Kate.
And all of us, too, keep safe and hugs for those in need and for anyone who just likes hugs.9 -
More paperwork sorted through and more has gone. Cleaned a few things from the shed and they are now back in the kitchen where they belong. One more bin bag into general bin and recycling bin is full ready for emptying this week. Dsis couldn’t come on Friday but hopefully she will be able to come this week so the cleaning in kitchen and bedroom can be finished.Decluttering Awards: 🏅🏅7

@EnergyShifter, that's wonderful new for you and your DS. So lovely to hear.
DB brought 2 car loads of my niece's flat to stay here for a month until she move's into her next but that's fine all fits neatly into DD1s old room. He also brought a bag of my dad's things to take to refugee project but they're not taking donations for the time being. but also put in that room. Old foam out x 2, 2 cards written and posted, found bracket I thought missing for putting curtain pole up (being done tuesday for me) to saved going and buying another. Still lots to go but finding not in such a muddle (still lose things) but went to an exhibition last night with DD1 and felt i had time to do this, although today she was unwell, 8 hours and 111 didn't call her back so A/E, and has to follow up with GP. managed to read into to my book and write cards. Busy work week but will keep chipping away. DB and nephew moved shelves 2 flights so hopefully DD2 can keep books and papers on it rather than dining table .
Hugs to those in need, x

1. Write a daily To Do list - only 3 tasks
2. Deal with Old Frogs & potential frogs ASAP but at least one on FROG Fridays.
3. Reduce/Restrict time watching TV and playing AB2 during daylight hours 😉
4. Declutter/Relocate one item every time I stand up.
5. Don’t put it down, put it away
6. Continue to keep kitchen clean & tidy - before going to bedSunday has been another warm & sunny day. DH watched the MotoGP races then fed the worms, filled the bird feeders & trimmed the hedge in the back garden. So what did I do today 🤔 oh yes - took the hand washing off the whirligig, folded & put away; dealt with the last of the holiday post & the last few days post; updated my awards list; checked stash of written cards for posting dates - now stamped & will post tomorrow; wrote letter to DB in Germany; sorted out holiday toiletries & washbags which have been put away. The last suitcase is almost empty - just have to clean, rinse & dry our swim shoes 🙂 I had a salad for lunch using up lo bits from last night. Dinner was sausages, mash & baked beans. Wudupa. Also caught up on 2 more TV series - CSI:Vegas & The Undeclared War.

Excellent work on the patio, mhagster 👏 It is always a lovely feeling when an item finds its new owner 😊Lovely post retiredinfrance 😊 Lots of hugs winging their way over to France - hope they don’t get delayed at Dover 😉😉
Excellent decluttering oceanspirit 👏 Fingers crossed that DSis can help this week 🤞
Keep up the good work TC77 👏 You are being rewarded for all your efforts, by being able to take time for yourself 🙂 Poor DD1 - sorry to hear that she is unwell 🤒 Seems like 111 is overwhelmed although I was under the impression that once you were speaking to someone they would deal with you there & then 😔 Wrong end of the stick as usual 😉

A difficult few days. One of my offspring is currently an in-patient at the local MH unit after a crisis. Another offspring came, unannounced to stay, not aware of their sibling's crisis, and it was a nightmare. I won't go into details but I'm not talking hogging the bathroom and remote control type of annoyance. I was on my knees after 3 days of it but they are now back in their own flat and should be seeing their GP today.
So my decorating plan is severely behind schedule but I have managed to declutter a lot of stuff as I worked my way through most of the Wardrobe of Everything (so named because apparently everything is in there). Last time I dropped off some bags at the cs I was greeted with smiles and "You always bring such good things!". I have a reputation to keep up. I do always make sure I take sellable stuff as I know they get a lot of donations fit only for the bin. Their paid for bin too.
Sorry I can't congratulate/commiserate/thank, posting this is quite an achievement. Hoping to get decorating back on schedule today although my chief labourer is now MIA. Have made a list!10
