Managed to meet my target of two physical items a day to declutter.. I’m getting pretty ruthless at the moment! I have to admit I do keep wondering if I’ll ever be done? 🤷♀️2044 - 2046 - framed pictures I just never liked enough to actually put up! (Waste of money….)

@QueenJess I have an automatic watch , the movement of my wrist generates the energy that winds it. Kinetic I think.Focus on contribution instead of the impressiveness of consumption to see the true beauty in people.8

I have also had iron deficiency and now low b9, I have b12jabs every 12 weeks and have had to have iron infusions as the tablets just didn't do it despite eating the green veg and oranges so I would say try it but don't ignore it if the symptoms persist.

822. Cancelled flight that I had been moving since October - claimed back tax
823. Booked appointment to have blinds measured for after windows are changed.
I had a small but welcome result - before the airline could process my flight cancellation they had to cancel my return flight so I was able to get a refund for that which is considerably more than just getting my tax back. It made me feel like I'd done the right thing by not pushing myself to go as I would have got into a right flap had I just arrived in Spain to find out my return flight had been cancelled...
824. Applied for refund for flight
825. B12 injection
826. Emergency appointment at dentist - a crown fell out and took most of my tooth with it - thankfully its at the bottom and not visible....
Really looking forward to the extended weekend. We have no plans whatsoever which feels wonderful. I hope you all have a lovely Bank Holiday weekend. ☀️☀️☀️

Sounds like everyone's been super busy!
Youngest son's birthday today, so nothing today. Only a few new toys in though so that's good.
Cleaned put the fridge yesterday and got rid of well out of date/turned/mouldy items so 8 things gone. Then finished washing mountain and got rid of yet more clothes- 7 items.
Slow and steady.
Huge garden job tomorrow. Not sure how I'll count that overgrown jungle!!! Perhaps in bags...CCCS DMP:Feb 07

Hmm seems like I am unable to load a photo. My gift was a cute 💂 figure she had made. Couldn’t load pics from my Shetland trip either. 🤷♀️. Have a fab weekend folks. Xxxx:8

Been reading along, and love hearing about Mrs SD's adventures. Hope Mr SD is recovered from random gravity test.
Little out of my house but went to my dad's - overwhelmed, but took glasses to optician for charity (had taken about 6 pairs before), more old medicines, 2 bags to CS, and 2 tip runs with DB, a little gardening (V little), and 2 bags and pads back to take to refugee project - always short of men's clothes. Found another cod with pjs I didn't know he had and prob better than some he had (all a little sad), call to equipment people for another collection. DB still sorting out electric stuff. Dad organised but so much, every type of tool and gadget from the 50s onwards. Found more letters of my mum's from early time in the war when she was in a theatre company before nursing - put suitcases of personal stuff to sort through another day. DB thinking of car boot sale but not sure worth it, although things that may not be good for CS but someone may want. Counting as 10 as not my stuff.
Few frogs shuffling along for me, also plants put in garden - being generous so another 5

Trying to work out what to do with some old photo albums - prob 1990s, very nice cloth on outside but discoloured pages with clear film. Seems a shame to bin but yellowing doesn't set photos off - thought of using a coloured paper on top but seems a faff - lovely creative declutterers any ideas?6

Just read that the yellowing page type albums are not good for photos so think they will go!8
