Thanks, @TripleH, I'm a bit stuffed as I don't have garden access. I know vitamin D supplements aren't ideal but I do take those. Can't really see me out in the sun till I'm clear, by which point it may be snowing...

1006-1013: items to recycling.
1014-1020: rubbish out including a few unused bits from the fridge.
1021-1023: 2 bags of rubbish to the outside bin and leaflets cleared from the communal hallway.

1. Write a daily To Do list - only 5 tasks
2. Deal with Old Frogs & potential frogs ASAP but at least one on FROG Fridays.
3. Reduce/Restrict time watching TV and playing AB2 during daylight hours 😉
4. Continue to keep kitchen clean & tidy - before going to bed 

Thursday was another sunny day & warm in the sun 🙂 I have done my Friday frog early - I went into town to bank my Premium Bond cheques before they went out of date & get some cash. Having checked Martin’s info re branch closures, I had been happy to note that my usual branch was NOT slated for closure 👏 However, when I arrived there was a notice saying the branch was closing. On enquiry it transpires that the landlord is proving troublesome, so HSBC are closing the branch ☹️ 😖 Also took the opportunity to post letters & pick up my magazine. I was one of the very few people who wore a mask on both the bus & the tube 😔 You would think that with all the reported increases in Covid cases that more people would wear masks 😷 Dinner was the 2nd half of last night’s takeaways. Wudupa.

513 - 515 Kitchen recycling, 2 plastic takeaway boxes & lids - recycled 
516 Kitchen detritus binned

Excellent decluttering TC77 👏 No such thing as a false sense of amounts decluttered - frogs are every bit as troublesome as physical clutter 😉 Remember if you disposing of frogs you are freeing yourself mentally to tackle physical clutter 🙂 Good luck with the decorating 🍀

Arrgh just found one of the boxes whose lids I have thrown away and the bins were emptied 15 min before! MrsSD  I think it is going to take me a week to empty the room to decorate, moving into different rooms including upstairs!

@TC77 it's not anyone else's results you have to think about it, it's your own. Everyone learns differently, so everyone learns their own way of decluttering and the method that worls for them. I found the method that worked for me was to divorce myself from the sentiment and get rid of stuff in swathes. Your way is different and it's working for you. If and when it no longer works for you, you will find a different way.

Hi everyone, just checking in, there have been about 21 bits and bobs Decluttered and my target is getting nearer.
the weather is beautiful enough to make you want to spring clean, almost!
The decluttering feels quite liberating doesn’t it, ive got a jar that my DIL bought me at Christmas which i really don't like but because i love her so much its proving hard to let go of it to someone who may just love it. Its a quandary.

Also managed to declutter 4” off my hair, it looks so much better and feels healthier.

I spoke too soon regarding the fridge freezer. Whatever gremlin stopped working and then started again has done something to the door-seal and it keeps popping open. Thankfully I hadn't filled it up again (a mix of caution and the March grocery challenge) but it is officially a liability now. 

Off to AO I go. (Other kitchen appliance providers are available).

Bb we had a new fridge years ago because I thought the seal had gone and everything tasted funny!!!! I was pregnant 😂😂😂

 hurrah the roof is done, the scaffolding has gone. I found it quite oppressive and the uncertainty of never knowing when they would turn up bothered me more than it should. Now to make myself a nuisance with the plumber, builder, odd job man and electrician. They are all so busy that they respond to the person who mithers them most. 

TC I am so sorry that you feel that you are faltering a bit with the decluttering. The positive is that you post here and you have not given up on it. It is worth it though. We must have got rid of 3/4 of our possessions BUT it has taken about 10 years to do. I am so glad we did it in our 50’s and not left it till we don’t have the inclination. Or worse leave it to our children. What a burden to leave them. None of them live close and all of them would just not have the time to sort it. 

 I have bought a few things with birthday money. A peony that I must plant out today and an ornament thingy. Like a metal cage with dried flowers in it. 

 A few more things have left. It is easy to keep on top of things these days. As things crop up they are dealt with. I have also eaten a frog which was to register the cats at the vet. For goodness sake I can see it from the house!!!! Great hilarity at Fomo’s name. Not his original name but one which developed. 😹

 I will make a bolognaise then get out side in the sun. Got some bench ends to spray.

I appear to still be on a bit of a roll.  The big one today is that I put down a deposit to have double-glazing done.  I have been procrastinating for several years - I find decisions like this excruciatingly difficult!  But now I've signed and paid the deposit it feels like a relief.  My most enjoyable job today was to demolish my very old decrepit shed - DS & I tackled it with a mallet & crowbar-  it has now been razed to the ground ! i found it seriously therapeutic but I think I will have lots of aching body parts tomorrow!) Fish & Chips tonight as a reward! 

676. Changed up the collection of small change  (1p & 2p) I've had hanging around the house for years - £17 after coinstar took their cut ! 
679. Box that was holding the small change (I plan not to let it build up to that extent again.)

Back from hols in sunny Wales today. What a great break. I feel revitalised and ready to go after lots of 'rest' walkiing around castles and towns. Most money was spent on food and I pressed my own coin at the Royal Mint. The best was a 7mile hike from the cottage around the local hills. There is a lot of hill in that there country 

I have had a speedy readthrough. Its hard to do decluttering inside when the sun is shining but I will keep to my inside n the morning outside in the afternoon routine I developed before going away as I was getting a lot done. 

Hugs and positive vibes to all who need them. I will be back in a few days when I have gotten rid of more stuff.

Vulpix I totally agree that the not knowing the if or when the builders will turn up is very taxing mentally. Glad you have yours sorted now and good luck with the other trades. 
Our builder arrived yesterday and again today, Whoo Hoo ! He has promised he will be here till the end of the job now and he will be back on Monday, so today we paid him for the work done to date, with the rest to be paid when the job is finished, can't wait for the end as I get really anxious waiting for the will he or won't he turn up moment. He left so late today though that we had to order a Chinese takeaway as I was worn out providing drinks all day and much too tired to cook 🤣 I have gained several new patio ornaments for the weekend though, namely a cement mixer, 2 wheelbarrows, a bucket and a red and white traffic cone, all of which are parked right outside my patio doors, perhaps I should string some fairy lights over them !
I have decluttered today, apart from the downstairs dust 😁 a well worn coaster, a power tool leaflet ( none of it in English) a bristle-less nail brush, which was only used for cleaning difficult items like underneath the suckers on the non slip bath mat. The inner from an electric Febr**ze scent, now replaced, a bundle of letterbox leaflets and booklets and the packaging and box from some glass tumblers, replacing the smashed one 🙄 
MrsSD I'm still finding bits of glass and I've hoovered the kitchen 3 times ! Sorry your branch is closing, we've lost all ours except the main one in town (Lloyds) and there was always one in our village for years where everyone knew everyone 😞
