Mine came as a link in my notification email Beanie:
Then when I clicked, it looked like this:
I don't know whether you can get to it from the website itself - I assume so, but I've not tried.

@beanielou - you can get to it on the website (not found it on the app though). You need to log on, Click on Menu (3 lines top left corner), Click on Home (1st on the list) and then scroll down until you come to the box where it says "Balance Forecast". I did mine last night and it came up a couple of pounds lower than I'm paying but when I went to the main page it wanted to increase the monthly payment by more than £50 a month! I'm over £300 in credit so I've just left it where it is. Will see where I am in about March and then decide what to do.4
-
Yes. It does seem to be a different calculation to the main page! It does look like they're beta testing it for now. I just keep reducing mine when it suggests, regardless of what the main page says, and keeping screenshot in case they quibble.
I probably would have left it if we weren't in so much credit though.
So many vivid dreams last night! Not hotrod, just really detailed.
Got work colleagues here for the day today. Might have to do a few little things after they go but i do NOT want to work into the evening tonight. Need a rest (and also need to do this job application!)4 -
To be honest @Cheery_Daff the difference between what I'm paying and what the Balance Forecast suggested was only a couple of pounds so not really worth worrying about. I certainly wasn't going to increase it by more than £50 a month though with over £300 credit particularly as I'm on a fixed rate for 12 months!

I think the balance forecast is rather confused by us at the moment as it's trying to combine our own history from the flat with our predecessor's history in the house. It IS dropping the suggested amount each time I look at it, even if only a little, so it's going the right way!

Ha, thank you - my colleagues did indeed leave around 5, and I did indeed stop working 😂
A good day though. Lots done, and a lot of talking 😂 and 2 hours of zoom meetings for all of us in the middle of the day. But we are in a much better position than the end of yesterday, so hooray.
Looks like I'll be in the office tomorrow, with a meeting elsewhere in the middle of the day, can't be helped but mildly inconvenient. Might have to go to the office on Thursday too, but we'll see.
NEED to do some serious flute practice, and also write this darn job application 🙄 Those things are both priorities for the weekend.
Nothing financial to report. Not even checked prolific, not checked in 1P payout has arrived yet, nothing at all today!4 -
Good luck with the job application!DON'T BUY STUFF (from Frugalwoods)
No seriously, just don’t buy things. 99% of our success with our savings rate is attributed to the fact that we don’t buy things... You can and should take advantage of discounts.... But at the end of the day, the only way to truly save money is to not buy stuff. Money doesn’t walk out of your wallet on its own accord.
