I have certainly found that only tablets work. If I remember rightly it is because it comes from the gut & not actually where it shows up. Yes TMI sorry, well I'm not really!

As I understand it, the cream only treats the symptoms, not the cause as Badmemory said, so tablets are needed - never understand why you can buy the cream on its own, especially as it lasts far longer than the single tablet!Mortgage free 16/06/2023! £132,500 cleared in 11 years, 3 months and 7 days

Yes, thank you EH, the cyst is responding VERY well to the antibiotics and is shrinking nicely and only occasionally mildly irritating now. My fundament is also responding to treatment and is also occasionally mildy irritating today too 😂
Sadly it's Mr Cheery's turn today - I've had to cancel my teaching as he is getting worse rather than better, and I'm currently sat in reception while he sees the doc 🙄6 -
