Excellent Happy Wheeling tonight - made £166, so up to £309 for December so far! 😮 Very pleased with that - it'll go a nice way towards paying the plumber 🙄😂 As long as it doesn't go down again too much, of course 🙄8 -

Brilliant all round, that's great. And thanks for the post on the previous page about the detail of rolling the blinds up.2023: the year I get to buy a car4

Lovely blinds! I used to have similar roll-up, dowel and cuphook blinds everywhere - although not in such fabulous colours! I hope once you’ve done the rest you’ll feel the difference.I’m now a complete wimp, and have double glazing (previous house was single-glazed crittall) with roller blinds and interlined curtains or roman blinds at most windows! And an interlined curtain over the front door too. If you have the fabric, and the time, I thoroughly recommend adding layers over time. Particularly if you have draughts.4

I'm planning on festooning the entire house in giant curtains eventually, like around a massive four poster bed 😁😂😂
Good news this morning. Remember the parking charge we got in the supermarket car park a few weeks back? I followed the advice on the parking board here, and it's been cancelled 😊😊 Glad we didn't just pay it.12 -
Sounds like your sewing machine will be earning its keep Cheery! If you have nice curtain poles (and blanket chests of similar for storage) then thick curtains can be put away in summer. I do like how cozy they make things at this time of year though. And rich colours like yours really help too.Good news on the PCN. Enjoy your weekend!4
