You might want to check with your local court in the next few days that it actually has been discontinued. Many PPCs are not exactly trustworthy and you wouldn't want an unexpected CCJ.
Unfortunately you cannot claim any compensation at this stage. You might have got £95 if it actually went to a hearing for your time in the day or in exceptional circumstances more if the judge decided the claimant had acted unreasonably.
