Given almost every single exact same thread on this sub-forum is about defences, and everyone shows their draft every time (and the Template Defence tells you to show your draft paras 2 and 3 to us first) I don't understand the hesitation.

Surely you've read lots of threads like yours to see what people put and how to word it? We do this every day and you could literally copy someone's work and it would do a job.

We know people have never done this before.  That's why we are here and it's why you should all be reading a dozen or more other claim threads and learning from theirs and being confident.

The defendant cannot remember being the driver or not as the alleged offence took place along time ago. The vehicle in question was driven by a number of people in the family. The defendant was never made a where of any PCN being attached to the vehicle. The defendant has only recently been made a where of the alleged offence. The defendant has made a SAR request to the claimant asking for ALL correspondence concerning the alleged offence and received a reply stating only two letters sent in early 2017 neither of which reached the defendant.
