Wow, it makes it all worthwhile to see the odd (although getting more frequent) N279!

    Thanks Castle!
It wasn’t House of Fisher’s fault they have been extremely cooperative in helping me put the evidence together. I’ll think about the UKPC claim but to be honest my main objective was to stop them getting away with it - the more people stand up to these bullies the better. The hope is that  it will stop them using these tactics in future but somehow I doubt it unless we get it written into law!  To be honest I find it difficult to believe  that people still use these bullies.

Thanks Le_Kirk although they left it until the last minute the deadline was tomorrow. I was about to send my WS when I got the email which makes me think that someone is monitoring this forum! 👀

You could send a draft costs order to the court asking for X amount of money due to UKPC's unreasonable behaviour in issuing a vexatious claim, and leaving it until unreasonably late to discontinue, after you have spent hours defending the claim.
I married my cousin. I had to...

    It is written into law!

Nearly there...we just need the help of people like you to get it across the line.

Did you know about my involvement in the Government Steering Group, discussed near the start of this thread?

At the end I've just added the latest about the delaying and greedy tactics of the parking industry and the fact there will be a Public Consultation again.

Please bookmark that thread and the top one by MSE_JC and set email alerts for bookmarked threads into your posting profile, so you don't miss the Public Consultation stage this year.
