Hi I would appreciate if somebody could check this SAR before I send it to make sure I have all the correct info. I am emailing it to DPO@ukparkingcontrol.com along with copy of utility bill. Once again many thanks for your time & advice.

I would not offer them anything further to prove identity, normally a copy of your V5C should suffice - certainly no photo ID - but if you no longer have the car then a copy of anything they have sent you and, as you have done a copy of a utility bill.4
-
Thanks Le_Kirk. I no longer have the car & only thing I have from them is court claim should I send a copy of that?1
-
Thank you patient_dream for suggesting that we contact the MA. We took your advice & did just that. They came back with the following letter - will this be sufficient to get the court case dropped?1
-
Wow that's interesting. I doubt it will be dropped very quickly and you must defend anyway, if you already have a claim. Of course you must mention this evidence in your defence.
Also email it immediately to the solicitor and invite their client to discontinue within 14 days or you will claim your full costs if they persist with a meritless claim past the New Year and waste the court's time as well as the Defendant's.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks coupon-mad. Does the letter need to mention me at all as it was my daughter who lived there? Should I still send the SAR?1

and complain to your MP.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1 -
Thanks I’ve had a look through them but in my case the Management Company are saying that UKPC were not employed by them to manage parking therefore they had no jurisdiction & no right to issue the PCN. Am I missing something here?0
-
In that case it would seem reasonable to me to ask the manco to take down the PPC's signs. and for you to take this up in writing with the PPC. Also consider complaining to Trading Standards and your MP.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1
