You send a copy to the claimant as written in the claim form and it is likely to be a legal such as DCBL.  Check your claim form for details - it will have a box marked "address for sending documents and payments if different".

Hi Guys I have seen this statement accredited to ParkingEye v Beavis on several WS but cannot find it anywhere in the actual Supreme Court judgement or summary - just wondering if anybody can help. Many thanks

The Supreme Court held that the intention cannot be to punish a motorist - nor to present them with concealed pitfalls, traps, hidden terms or unfair/unexpected obligations - and nor can a firm claim an unconscionable sum.

Search (control &f - not using a teeny phone) the judgment for the word 'punish' then the same for the word 'concealed'.

    They are right there.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi Guys is there any way I can upload my witness statement for you to check (too much for here) without other parties having access to it if you get my drift! Thank you so much.

Sorry didn't mean to sound presumptuous - that is if you don't mind checking it for me. Thanks a million

    Oh.my.God...!

That first thing you pointed out re Richmond. OMG.  This is a smoking gun!

ALL READERS: Look what UKPC have allegedly done, again (allegedly falsified timestamps after the event, this time in a SAR!).

Right. This is serious if you are certain that image comes from a 2017 unrelated event and can never have had that timestamp?

Can you repeat what you said in that link here on this thread for all to see, and show us the allegedly altered piece of evidence here please so it stays for posterity? And so I can use it for Government information as to what's happening right now, in court pursuits?

You can show images in posts, but not PDFs.

Go to the 5th post of the NEWBIES thread and get the DVLA complaint email addresses.

Email them - head it up: FORMAL COMPLAINT RE UKPC ALLEGEDLY DOCTORING TIMESTAMPS AGAIN and copy in Sara Roberts, the Head of AOS at the BPA:

    sara.r@britishparking.co.uk

Tell the DVLA and BPA exactly what you claim UKPC have done and allege that they have 'falsified timestamps again' by (seemingly, as there is no other explanation) ALTERING records held from 2017 and overwriting a time and date to suit them on a piece of unrelated evidence from a different year and site. Also show them an unredacted pic of the NTK in this case so they have the PCN ref to investigate.

Link them to the URL of this thread and say the good folk on MSE sent you because this allegation is very serious and we want to know how the DVLA and BPA handle it.

Obviously add all this (minus this thread link!) and what you are currently doing about it, to your WS somewhere...and a link to a newspaper article about UKPC being banned a few years back for ...doctoring timestamps.  You want your Judge to see...
