There is a Dutch company selling rosehip-and-vitamin-C syrup (to be diluted), called Roosvicee: https://www.roosvicee.nl/ It's the Dutch 'Ribena': hardly a child that never had a glassful of this in childhood

I’m currently taking advantage of  the weather and my embarrassment of rosemary by drying it outside 

I feeling like I'm channelling my inner medieval herbalist! I have no idea what the neighbours think!

It's certainly ideal herb drying weather.  I bet our medieval ancestors would have welcomed this weather for this but it would  have played havoc with their very unhygienic sewage disposal arrangements!

@Primrose, it really is excellent drying weather. I really would have struggled with medieval sewerage solutions, I have a very good sense of smell which comes in handy smell testing OOD food but not so good with pungent and ‘nasty niffs’

Can I suggest that you avoid Jorvik in York? It has a particularly pungent aroma...

@Floss been there, experienced it….I just chose to go ‘nose blind’ at that particular point. 😉 Unfortunately I can only do it on a temporary basis!

Wow, that looks good. What are you going to do with it once dry?

Might be interesting to make tiny sprigs from it and distribute them on Remembrance Day - isn't rosemary for remembrance?

@Glittering_M, some will be going in jars for cooking with. I was wondering if instead of lavender bags maybe rosemary bags in the linen cupboard/drawers
