    On 9th January you posted:-

    "Thanks Fruitcake.

To avoid any nonsense later on, I've just sent to the claimant and to their shambolic legal turds, with myself and my wife CCd in as recommended."

I wonder if the same very satisfactory outcome would have been the same if left to the Court to send Defence?

As this was another UKPC daft claim, no doubt and the OP could have claimed his costs

    Brilliant!

ANOTHER UKPC ONE BITES THE DUST!

They obviously didn't want to face you again in court.

Obviously I’m delighted that it’s gone away but I was quite looking forward to going up against them!

  • Will UKPC survive the new code of pracctice and appeals service ?

Not with their poor attitude and as they say, a leopard does not change it's spots

That will be good news for DCBL as it will reduce their workload and save them disasters in court

I'm assuming there is nothing that I need to do after receiving this?

Just pop it into the incinerator with the rest of their documents?

Call me hyper careful, but I would not throw anything away just yet. Wait six years is my motto !
