I saw that but it's not important right now.  Just fire off what I said to try to stop this entirely.

No doubt it's deliberation time for DCBL  who cannot risk yet another car crash as with VCS

Did you find this thread ..

VCS Caught Issuing PCNs on Public Highway - Hit For £1,000 Counterclaim

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6308128/vcs-caught-issuing-pcns-on-public-highway-hit-for-1-000-counterclaim/p1

With the fascination by DCBL with UKPC it's all starting to sound like the CST Law (AKA CREDIT STYLE) car crash in Scotland where UKPC bombarded the Scots with totally rubbish claims.  People were duly advised to contact their MP's and it all stopped ... and Credit Style were investigated by the SRA

DCBL need to take stock of their relationship with UKPC to avoid a repeat of what happened in Scotland.
Indeed any legal getting involved with UKPC should take stock.

I think that in the new year, their will be a wave of complaints about DCBL to the SRA

    Hi all,
Just drafting my defence and I'm looking to include this as one of the points (from C-m but edited slightly.)
Any thoughts are reasons not to include...?

2.2 The Defendant has already highlighted to the Claimant that, the core facts of the rights of the Defendants family have already been determined by a competent court.

This was in September 2020 and in case reference - UK Parking Control v XXXXX - Claim Number:XXXXX

UKPC brought this claim against his wife and were represented by SCS Law. The Defendant represented his wife and District Judge XXXX dismissed the claim on the basis of Primacy of Contract.

Personally, I would not say ... "been determined by a competent court."

You don't want your judge thinking that you think he/she may not be competent.

Just let DCBL look stupid in front of the judge for another timewasting claim

Could change to 'already determined by the same court to which this case will be allocated'.

And add that both cases revolve around the same facts, just different PCN dates but going over the same old ground already decided by the local court, and all charges should have been the subject of the first claim because a Claimant cannot waste the court's and consumer's time with several bites at the same cherry.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
