I'm confused with the newbies thread

  • Redx , to be honest , you're getting a bit boring now with your lectures on tools , I'm using the laptop I have , as and when I need too .
Thanks for your input though .
  • Re the CCJ: I hope you mean you paid it within 30 days of the judgment, becsuse paying off an older CCJ you discover is completely the wrong thing to do.  There is a way to wipe a CCJ and paying it is not it and leaves it on your credit rating (unless paying it off within 30 days of judgment).

Anyway, re this one please don't attempt to send an email asking for the 30 day hold that is ONLY for LBC stage.

You are not at LBC stage, are you?  By all means get a SAR but you can't ask for a 'hold'; you must defend if you have a live claim.
I paid it as I panicked to be honest and didn't know what else I was supposed to do .
It was already on my file.
How do I go about defending a live claim ? when, they have all proof they need .
As I've said I have two that I'll admit too , however , the other four should of been dealt with by my work manager at arcadia.
Is all this information in the newbie thread ?

No problem , my point is now hammered home 🤔😋😁 ,  I shall advise a few other newbies now that you are on the correct path using your laptop and everything you need is on here in the announcements and other members posts ( we don't see anything new , so your typical case is boring to us , lol. 😋😋👍👍 )

Yes, as is how to set aside a CCJ without paying it, that would have wiped it from your credit rating entirely and permanently.  Instead you have cemented it permanently by paying it.

But why on earth are you planning on admitting any?  You don't admit to unfair private parking charges, you appeal or defend them.

Please STOP and read the second post of the NEWBIES thread and the Template Defence thread.  Both are Announcements at the top if the forum, intended for people with court claims to read before posting,
