The SAR guide is in the part about LBC stage (pre-action).  You can't get a claim put on hold.  But getting the SAR will be useful later

I suggested that you delay the AOS ( not the SAR ) , KeithP gave you your deadlines , so either is ok

There is absolutely no reason to delay the SAR at all !! It should have been done one or two months ago !!

The SAR reply is of more use in several months time , as CM said above
  • Ok , so tonight I've sent off the sar to ukparking control and I'm now on the money claim site with regards to the AOS. Where do I go from here , or will this info be in other posts in the newbie section ?

Go back and ask them to resend. Or, post them to you via Royal Mail.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Check the files with peazip or 7zip on a laptop or desktop computer , DO NOT use a mobile phone , you were warned against using a mobile phone earlier , they do not give full internet access and cannot compete with a laptop or ipad

If they won't open or are empty , reply to the email telling them that you cannot open or access the zip files and require them to check the files or send out new ones , giving them 7 days notice to reply
