Others may disagree, but I think that in this unique case, @maycowan sends a Subject Access Request to UKPC anyway (and quickly) and IF they want £10 for duplication, pay it. It seems to me that none of us can help much with a WS until we know what they have, including all photos.The pen is mightier than the sword ..... and I have many pens.1

I know what photos they'll have - right down to the signs - as this is an exact match of a case I'm already assisting off forum!
