Can you confirm the date on the 'Notification Letter' please?  Is it 09/05/17 or 09/06/17?

Whichever, that letter suggests they wrote to you previously. Do you have that other communication?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Hi the date is 11th of the 5th. I haven't got anything else. I was living away for some time and my daughters were getting my mail

There are NO SIGNS about not parking on the roadway in that top end of Mackintosh St.

There is also no entrance sign and Mackintosh St looks exactly like public highway.

Can you tell I've seen this place before and researched it to death for someone?!

There are no yellow lines and no signs (at all) until much further down the road and round two corners) and that sign is shown in 2017 in Google Streetview as broken in half!

There is nothing to tell you the road outside the GP Surgery is private land. There is no contract on offer here and no breach. The sign you can see on GSV is about the car park (inside the gates) and is not a sign about the roadway.

What's the deadline for this WS?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Omg that is so helpful and tbh I thought exactly what you said. I'm still waiting for the court date but I'd like to get the ws done so that I can have some sort of peace. Could you possibly please give me some idea of how to construct a ws with these points and also making clear that I wasn't the driver.
Would I be able to get a photo of the broken sign.
    Thank you

Please check all correspondence received from the court ... one of them probably says something about "documents upon which you rely must be filed and served by XXXX" - XXXX is your WS deadline.

The broken sign is on Google Streetview waaaay further along the road and round a bend.

You need to drag the little yellow man into the road and take a virtual look. I seem to recall it was broken in 2017/18 on the images when I looked at this place online.

I can't find ws when I click these links. The ws is causing the most stress atm. I feel that once I've sent that off I'll relax a bit until the hearing so I really need some help on how to get this done. What sort of format do I have to do it in. Sorry but I haven't a clue and feel totally out of my depth.

Those are links to their forum profiles. Click on Discussions (on the left) and you'll find a list of threads that user has started ... their WS will be in a post in the relevant thread.

Thanks but I haven't got a date just a letter saying its been tracked and a date will follow.  That was in June so I'm trying to get the ws ready as I don't want to panic anymore than I already am. I'm just not confident (and scared) about getting the ws done properly 😨
