    Hi Julicorn.

#76 here. It's been a long year so far, much has gone on and I never posted the overpayment's I made in March, April, May and so on.

I have now cleared the mortgage through some inheritance that came through, I never posted this a couple of weeks ago as I didn't quite believe it happened till I got a letter from the mortgage provider till yesterday saying the account is now closed and they paid me £5.31 that they owed.

So could you put a September payment amount of £70,298 down for me please, although I feel I have cheated a bit because of the inheritance.
Good to see what your doing still and keep up the good work, the same for everyone else paying down.
Congratulations and well done @Coffeekup what a fabulous outcome, Indi x

The spreadsheet is all up to date now, ready to start October, and our overpayments are at over half a million pounds! Great job everyone - it's not the easiest time for many financially, so it's amazing to see what all these OPs add up to <3

    Hi Julicorn.

thank you again for running the thread again, sorry, i forgot to update the post in September, so can you update (number 105)  for an overpayment for September please, a payment of £247.94 again please, which should take to a year to date of £2231.46).

Well done everyone on the OP's.   especially in these harder time.

never have i been so glad to have made the decision to overpay the mortgage, Ive now over paid just over £30K since i took out the mortgage in 2015, which thankfully will mean 30K less to pay at higher interest rates once the current fix ends in a few years time!
