I've been gone for a while while I saved up for a new car but all this talk of interest rates means I want to get back on the overpayment wagon.

I'm getting so close to my target now and I'm hoping I'll be able to achieve it by the end of November if not sooner

#88 checking in with a surprise £600 OP taking my total so far for October to £800.

So only one day after my above post and I have now hit my challenge target after receiving a long overdue refund from HMRC this morning 

@julicorn Can I keep submitting my overpayments until the end of the challenge or do I need to set a new target?  I'm quite keen to see how much over my target I can get by the end of the year

Well done on hitting your target! You're more than welcome to keep it as is, and just keep logging your overpayments. If you did want to set a new target, you can also always see your progress against your original target on the right side of the spreadsheet, but as I said: increasing your target is totally optional

I'll keep the existing target and see how much over I can go.  I'll save the new target for next years challenge.  

Thanks again for all your hard work in running this @julicorn I have really found that it has kept me motivated seeing everyone's totals increase each month.
