Check your grammar and spelling, in your para #11 you put "there is no signs" and it should be "there are no signs"". The only other point to check is if that WS backs up and supports what you wrote in the defence.

Is there anything in their bundle that looks like bad evidence that you want to comment on?  Undated signs, or a landowner document that isn't in date or signed by the actual landowner, etc?

Ignore BW's standard rant about people copying a template defence from MSE!

A Judge said in a case that I lay repped , that the 'cut & paste' accusation is better directed at Parking firm solicitors!  It also isn't important.  You are allowed to get help.

looking through the evidence I have noticed that the contract between customer and supplier was signed on the 27th June 2019 for a term of 6 months... stating the agreement  will start on the commencing date and will remain in place until terminated in accordance with the provisions under the heading TERMINATION here in after contained


so June 27th - December 27th is the official contract...... Was it extended?? 

there is a lot of stuff blacked out in the contract so am I  clutching a straws here thinking it wasn't extended??
