got it will save in folder with sent emails

Ok , now you are awaiting Postal letters fo. The CCBC in Northampton , possibly an acknowledgement of receipt of the defence , hopefully an N180 DQ form

Keep following the 12 numbered steps by coupon mad in the defence template post , it's nowhere near half time yet !

I went back inside and questioned the barmaid to which she said there is nothing she can do as

they have sold the pub, so in other words I don't care....

so having not seen any signage or payment area just ignored the PCN, thinking it was scam.

so do you have any advice as to how to make my very poor, short , witness statement 

a good witness statement, 

as you can tell by my post I'm not the best with the English language, or legal jargon.

You look at recent examples of witness statements by @jrhys and @Nosy for guidance on style and format.  You use your witness statement to back up and support your defence, telling the story of what happened on the day and your subsequent visit to question the pub management (barmaid).  You make a further visit to take phots of the signage or non-signage.  It is a shame that your defence looks more like a witness statement but you cannot change it now.  What stage are you at; have you received DQ - N180 form?

So everything is in motion got a court date etc they are bw legal are still keen to resolve before we go court after Having sent me evidence pack etc.. is this a good thing?
