  • I will try it out.
I manly use my debt card somi can track things there.  Guess it's not specific though.

One bit of good news though. Final payments on my last, well actually my only credit card to come out Monday.

Also I checked my emergency savings, as I was adding to it. £1800 now. Not been that much saved for a rainy day of at least 15 years. Kinda sad that
So part of me wants to round it off to £2000, as I like rounded numbers, part of me thinks it's too much in it already. Also Xmas it's just around the corner. Dilemmas, but for a change it's a kinda good one.

And with the Cc gone, I thought I'd feel something.
Well i do. But it's hollow.
Attention will go towards the student loan now.
Hopefully I'll feel better when that starts making traction.

Pay was about £500 down from last month. £200 down from an average. Belt tightened.
Unfortunately the other half bought some things on tick, so an extra going towards that too to get rid of them. Also, problem with power steering with car.

Much better position that this time last year. That's something.

Had a better pay day this month. I day owed from last month too. So had £2400.
Also rang student loans. 1641 left.
So Im thinking come Monday should i half that loan, and try to get it off my back. Or say a third, adn get some of the little jobs done round the house.

Personally I wouldn’t pay a third or half off student loan, not with current car issues otherwise you could find yourself with very little/ no emergency fund again
I would build my emergency fund up more so that there will become a point where you could pay it all off, you could pay £100 per month extra off it if you wanted to see some progress?
