Sorry about your dog but it probably would have been more tying on your life to keep her and she sounds like she's loving her life.
I was single a very long time (single mum and I didn't want to be dragging numerous boyfriends through LMG's life) and I actually prefer being single. It's a long and slightly complicated story with current bf (first met when I was 17) but if we split up I wouldn't bother looking for someone else. Far less drama not being in a relationship. You are discovering you and you sound like you are enjoying it which is great.Mortgage at 12/07/2022 = £175,000

If you were close enough you'd be welcome to my surplus stores!
My cleaner left the crumble and the fruit but she'd planned to take it so I think she just forgot.
Work was okay. I'm debating whether to go to the gym for my balance class again. I know the answer should be yes - but it's been so long -hard to make myself go.
Tucking into crumble, custard and ice cream while I decide.

Thanks MF, DIA and Merlin
I went to balance class!!! After a 2 month hiatus due initially to covid and then it mushroomed into struggling to go back. Had a really nice chat with the instructor afterwards and we've hoping to go to an Italian for a meal Friday night. That will be a nice treat after helping my sis move.
MF will definitely think of you when I eat my next portion. I've cooked more recently. It seems to come in bursts...Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

GAP and Merlin - I think it's natural to miss my dog as she was very sweet natured. However it does make life easier now I only have a cat and the cat's a lot happier and less jumpy. DD says the dog looks really happy with her new family.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030
