Sometimes, you have to learn to forgive yourself.

When ill it's better to get something in you than nothing. Ice cream is definitely a food group!

Take care savingholmes - feel better soon.
I agree that ice cream is an important food group that can often be overlooked when calculating 5 a day intake. Talking of ice cream, I bought some almond ice cream with fig sauce in lidlee tonight from their Spanish range. Looking forward to that and obviously that includes both fruit and nuts.
hope you have a speedy recovery x

Still losing weight - now without trying... If I'd gone to weigh in yesterday I would have been at 5.5 lb weight loss for the week (cf last week's 3) - lost another half pound overnight. Ah well. I have been able to drink a little more though.
Was awake all night. Tried taking a 'night' tablet equivalent and instead it seemed to ping me awake - so not slept! I also had a sore / rumbling tummy - tried feeding it which was probably also the wrong thing to do...
I've started coughing - but again - not like others have described - not continuous. Even though I'm unwell - I've been worse. Just hoping it doesn't get worse than this and instead improves.
Off sick again today. Have lots of deadlines at work - many of them tight - and they are just getting tighter!Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Got some sleep this morning. Still off sick. The other day my oximeter reading was around 95/96 and my heart rate around 100 - now it's at 98-100 and my resting heart rate is around 68 which TBH is better than normal. That is a huge relief. Hopefully it means a) the weight loss is paying off and b) my body is getting back to normal. Just found my vit D tablets which I stopped taking months ago and took one. Will see if it helps. Made some roast potatoes yesterday - reheating some for a late lunch. I had a cheese toastie for brekkie and ice cream obviously... I have been able to drink a little more - so hoping that means something.
May even see if I can shower in a bit and make sure my bedding plants have enough water. I'm going to ask DD to move her clothes from the utility - and then see if I can put a wash on - I'll run out of clothes otherwise as I'm overdue at doing laundry.
I cancelled my cleaner for tomorrow so that saves me £30.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Think you need to increase your ice cream intake, it's clearly helping.
