Impressive swim. I'd suggest stick with swimming and classes for a few months, then introduce something else which will compliment what you're doing. Don't want you overloaded and it will leave time for other activities with friends, your creative side and everything else you're doing.

Thanks jwil, Alchemilla, MF, @astrocytic_kitten and Beanie
My scales appreciated yesterday's exercise which was a bonus. I've chased my SW free referral but am waiting for a callback. I was hoping to go for a walk this lunchtime but it keeps raining off and on and I hate getting wet! Hopefully I can go after work. I have an appt next week to talk to my GP about the progress of my ADHD referral. She's heard back from the funders but wants to speak to me. I'm not sure why. In Ex's case they just sent him forms. Really hoping it's not a 'no'.
I'm only working 3 days this week which feels both luxurious in terms of time off and challenging in terms of everything I'm trying to fit in to the hours I am working. Need to pace myself. One work problem that worried me over the weekend - I've asked for help with (personal growth just there) which should make my life easier. I feel a lot better about it. Still waiting for confirmation of spinal point and when my regrade is being backdated to.
2 out of the 3 possible family accommodation options are not available next Saturday which simplifies my choices. I could see one sis and her family or come home. Still not decided on which I'd prefer.
My red, yellow and purple tulips are looking stunning. Lots to be grateful for.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Thanks jwil
I finished work early today - I was struggling to keep my eyes open. Hurray for flexi! I literally lay in a darkened room with any eye mask on for a couple of hours - didn't sleep but it did help.
Tonight I treated myself to a main and a veggie carvery option using TGTG. Gets me around my lack of oven issues. I normally have a roast dinner at least a few times a month - and then use that to pad out the week's meals. It's been weird not having a working oven. That should do several meals. I'm trying a T0by this time. Will see what they're like. Off to collect now - it's a bit of trek but should be tasty. For £5.58 - not a huge risk. I bought a couple of lamb steaks yesterday - so I'll potentially cook them tomorrow to pad it out.

Not sure if they're still sold, but years ago I had a liquid filled eye-pack, pop it in the fridge for a bit to cool it and stick on like a normal on. Seemed to help relax the head and brain. Might be worth looking into.
Meal and planned ones sound great, T were always good for eat in so hopefully TGTG will be satisfying.Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.6
