Thanks MF and Tahlullah - as you say - I have choices now.
I had a good time with wider family yesterday - although the drive there and back was tiring and I've spent today hibernating. I only connected the dots because of what someone put on another diary. Ah well - at least I had today to recover. Back in the fray this week with work - and an exam Friday and then I'm off for two weeks. Really looking forward to it.
Looks like I've sold my bike on FB- which is an important part of decluttering the shed. Making progress! Should be collected tomorrow. Only getting £20 but I'll be glad to see the back of it.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Thanks Jwil and MF. Window cleaner came today - £10 gone.
Mortgage went out - so I'm estimating that takes me around £614 off the capital this month (slightly less than normal due to bank holidays delaying payment) so I am now around £198,800. It feels good to be making progress. Grateful that I still have some flex in my budget.
I have lots of fruit trees flowering in my garden. A pink clematis at the front is about to burst into flower too. I also have grape hyacinth / blue bell type flowers and some pretty pink geraniums. Some yellow jasmine in flower and purple azalea. A white camelia. A Skimmia rubella with white flowers and flame of forest with bright red leaves. Feeling blessed by the garden. (Ignoring all the weeds which are also in flower LOL).Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Don't you mean wild flowers are in bloom 😉
How frustrating is your boss, hopefully it's been sent in now.

Weeds are just flowers in the wrong place! I always leave them when they are blooming (and when they are not to be honest
