General question: Does anyone know where we can buy single pack screws, or just smaller quantities? Literally, everytime I see a screw, it is always in packs of 100 on Screwfix, and if I just want a few of each type, they become really expensive as I have to buy packs of 50+ of each type...

For example, to buy screws of 4.2mm thickness of different length, say I just need ten, I'd have to buy the whole packs!!!

When I was last in B&Q I noticed they had draws of loose screws.

Always buy more screws than you think you'll need. I'm farly certain that socks in washing machines and screws in sheds end up in the same mysterious place...
