I've just posted on a thread (examples of witness statements) that cannot be far away from this one, just read a few up and down from yours.  Use the forum search facility.

hi, and again thanks.. having found and read a couple of ws i found the one written by wobs2k to be insightful and think a lot of it i can use myself...

i also read on a couple of threads that mention disabled blue badges that there is the Equality Act 2010 which can be useful to mention as section 189 states 'Schedule 21 (reasonable adjustments: supplementary) has effect.' i know understand if this can help me to be honest....

also when i have my WS together and evidence sorted can i send them by email to court and claiment? or does it have to be by post... it has to be with them by 2nd june and thats a bank holiday!

    Yes that is right.

Yes, you can say that cluttered sign doesn't have the parking charge in anything like the same size prominent text as the tariffs and certainly doesn't meet the high bar of the simply-worded but very large font yellow and black signs in the Beavis case.

And yes, you can use the Equality Act if the suggestion is that the car driver paid but overstayed?  Or didn't they pay, or didn't they actually stay?

Put it all in your draft WS and copy & paste it here or share a link to a redacted version in Dropbox.

If you have a claim why email anything to a parking firm (except a SAR).

They are using a solicitor for a reason.

Contacting the PPC would be like you selling your house, using a conveyancing solicitor but the buyer tracking your email address down and trying to talk to you and bypassing your legal representation!
