This should not cause you any strees, it is vey small beer, over 8 miiion of thes tickets are issue each year.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

my case was not a Parkingeye case so do I still include #9-16 from the template??

Eventually it will be dealt with by your nominated local county court , not a government office in Northampton2 -
ok, so i have now received my Directions Questionnaire...
in the advice is stats "D1 = name of your local County Court – unless you are a Limited company, the case files will be transferred there. They will ask for theirs but protocol dictates it is your court. For example, MIL Collections always asks for Truro and Devere Parking always ask for Bournemouth. You, literally, do not want to go there."
however, Truro is my county court.. do I stay with truro or use one further afield?
